1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the UK only, including Northern Ireland.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details where available.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
5. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
