At Howl Towel, we want you (and your dog) to love your towel. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • It must be in the original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us here, or via email at support@howl.co.uk.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
